Journey of New Dizzi

2004

Established in 2004, the business journey of New Dizzi started with a series of residential projects within Surabaya.

2006-2007

In just 2 years, New Dizzi has completed a lot of residential projects. We increased our project’s coverage to Samarinda and Balikpapan. In which, it was later established to be a new network for New Dizzi in Kalimantan island.

New Dizzi also started to work on commercial projects by collaborating with property developer in Surabaya, building a show unit for Metropolis Apartment.

2008-2012

Upholding professional ethics and standards has led New Dizzi to get involved in more various commercial projects in Surabaya, such as Cosmopolitan Apartment, Puncak Permai Apartment, Trillium Residence, and Diamond Park Residence. Great projects are a challenge to conquer. In 2012, New Dizzi succeeded to build an interior for 170 hotel rooms in Grand Darmo Suite within the schedule.

Furthermore, projects from outside Java island are still coming in. New Dizzi has successfully expanded its reach to Eastern Indonesia, working on a residential project located in Ambon, Maluku.

2014

New Dizzi has completed 3 projects with Gunawangsa for its show units in Surabaya. Still, in the same city, we had a project with WIKA Realty in Tamansari Papilio for its Hotel and Apartment commercial spaces.

We also had the opportunity to handle marketing gallery and show unit project in Semarang for Pollux Properties, as well as in Jogjakarta for Delta Sari and Graha Tirta, Damai Putra Group. From outside of Java, we have worked on Golden Palace Hotel in Mataram, Lombok.

2015

New Dizzi was trusted to collaborate with AKR Land to work on the marketing gallery and show unit project in Surabaya. Moreover, for the second time, New Dizzi was chosen again by WIKA Realty to work on the hotel and commercial space for Tamansari Lagoon in Manado. Still in Eastern Indonesia, New Dizzi also worked on a residential project in Palu, Central Sulawesi.

Along with the growing business of the company, in this year New Dizzi has expanded and established its second office in Jakarta.

2016-2017

New Dizzi has been continuously working on commercial projects. Collaborating with a well-known property developer, Trinity Group, we have designed and built its show unit for The Smith and Collins Apartment. We also have worked on the show unit for Kota Harapan Indah - Bekasi, a collaboration project with Damai Putra Group. Then, a marketing gallery for Grand Dharmahusada Lagoon - Surabaya, in collaboration with PP Property. “Mawar Sharon” church has also assigned us to work on their project in Makassar. Furthermore, in 2017, New Dizzi also works on projects nestled in Jayapura.

2018 to present

Working in a collaborative system, we have led prestigious projects across Indonesia, including Pondok Indah Residence in Jakarta, Anang Karaoke in Batam, and Mawar Sharon Church in Surabaya.

We always strive to maintain a good and professional partnership with our clients. Thus, for the third time, we collaborated with WIKA Realty for its marketing gallery and show units in Tamansari Emerald, Surabaya. And for the second time, we had a project with PP Property to handle its marketing gallery in Grand Sagara, Surabaya.
